At Magiczne perfumy, we want you to be completely enchanted by your fragrance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a return authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and secure it with the provided protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
